The Mighty Docs are going international! This September, 15 skaters and one goalie will head to Füssen, Germany, to represent the Mighty Docs in the 13th Annual Planet Hockey Oktoberfest Adult Hockey Classic.

From September 14–20, 2026, the team will take part in a bucket-list hockey experience featuring up to seven games against adult teams from around the world. The tournament will be played at the famous Bundesleistungszentrum National Training Center in Füssen, a venue that has hosted professional, international, and German national hockey events.

But this trip is about more than just hockey. Between games, the Docs will experience Bavaria with team dinners, a traditional welcome party, a pub crawl, a tournament closing celebration, and a visit to the Königliche Kristall-Therme spa. The trip wraps up with what may be the ultimate finale: six hours at Oktoberfest in Munich.

The Mighty Docs are ready to trade their usual rink for the Alps, make some new international hockey friends, enjoy a few German beers, and create memories that will last long after the final whistle.
